Well another week brings another weigh in, and this was my second weight watchers weigh in (say that 3 times fast :) I lost 5lbs! Was very happy and very surprised, I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out because its quite strange getting used to counting points. Its a funny situation going to a class each week and getting weighed, but everyone is lovely and its really motivating to hear peoples weight loss stories! The challenge from weight watchers this week is to focus on breakfasts and to plan them properly, so you know what you're eating each day. So that's what i'm going to try to do!
