Is it possible that drinking 8 glasses of water a day can be both easy and difficult at the same time?
-If I make a concerted effort to do it, I can be done around 2:00 p.m.
-If I don't finish in the early afternoon, but keep drinking water anyway, I'll be up once or more overnight, which tends to make me a little edgy the next day.
-It really only takes a few nice big swigs and then a whole cup of water is gone.
-Sometimes I feel like I'm really forcing down those swigs.
-I don't utterly detest the "taste" or lack of it.
-I feel like I'm a bit of a purist when it comes to water--If I add drink packets that contain sucralose and things I can't pronounce, does the harm outweigh the good? What about food dyes?
Do you have similar feelings about water? Do you have helpful hints?
