My legs are getting stronger, they are loosing the heavy feelings like they are encased in solid lead. My arms are improving also. My core is stronger so I can stand up straighter. My brain fog is clearing up. It was so thick I figured I was headed for a nursing home as a soon to be vegetable.
I am so grateful for the Dr.'s healing protocol.
My muscles are atrophied, so I continue to take baby steps, do short workouts in order to improve my strength.
I am grateful for my spark friends encouraging me on during all my challenges.

My Birthday Present for me was getting in my 10,000 steps and completing a 35 min. Cardio DVD, that is hard for me. I drank a quart of beet, apple, carrot juice for nutrition today, drank lots of water, and ate some remains of ancient frozen pizza.
