Couch to 5K Week TWO Day THREE/ Jan 17, 2013

I hit the other treadmill in my apt gym today.
I did it. I was sweating. I did it. I am pissed off about what lance Armstrong did. I idolized him. Nobody's perfect, I don't hate him, but..
Maybe that helped me fight through. I DID IT.

On to conquering 3 minutes of jogging without stopping in Week THREE.

PS I felt thinner in my sweatshirt this morning. Hooray.

    After I finished day 3 week 2 I peeked to see what next week had in store... 3 min. without stopping ?!!!? emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I have tried that program but at this moment I just carry to much weight on me. I am going to do it again when I get a little smaller.
