I can overcome my food cravings & increase my exercise level because I have developed self control.
Eating unwanted calories ....
doesn't make me happy
doesn't taste as good as it smells
doesn't satisfy
doesn't get me to goal
doesn't improve my health
doesn't improve my shape
doesn't improve my self esteem
Adding movement....
will improve my self esteem
will improve my muscle strength
will improve my endurance
will improve my health
will improve my shape
will make me happy
will get me to goal
Why would I choose to do anything that would delay my getting to goal?
This is the question....what's your answer?
I use to do it because I didn't feel loved, I was unhappy for so many reasons and gave up.
Self pity really caused me to be self destructive.
Once I found Jesus, things turned around.....I am unconditionally loved and continue to remember He is all I need to succeed!
