Today challenge On Spark coach was to write in a blog the three things I did good today, so here goes;
1. Made breakfast for my Hubby. My Hubby usually gets up and makes his owen breakfast. Last night we had a long talk on how he wants to lose weight and would really like my help. So we decided that I would go back to making all his meals in this way he would be eating healthy again. We have done this before and he lost 15 pounds. When I stopped making his meals for him he put back on the 15 and about 20 more.
2. I encouraged my Hubby to ride the exercise bike. He use to ride the bike every day right after I did my work out but had stopped riding it or doing any kind of exercise at all. I encouraged him to get out of bed and do 10 minutes on the bike and he did.
3. Did my January Jump start Fitness challenge work out video. I did not want to work out today and had just about talked myself in to taking a day off even had myself talked in to not feeling well. I thought how I had gone to bed last night with out dinner because my tummy felt queasy. And then I thought how I am on this streak to exercise and had already done over 100 days with out a stop. I got to thinking I did not want to let myself down. So I went and put my work out clothes on and got busy. I feel a lot better now.
These are three little things I have done today that have made me feel so proud, I think I have started off my day rather well.
