Although I am aware that fast food of any kind (especially Mcdonald's) is unhealthy, I refuse to give up everything. If I deny myself all of my cravings then I will set myself up to fail (been there, done that too many times). So I have decided to allow myself some fast food once a week or once every two weeks. The stipulation is that it has to be within my specific calorie range. So, I have allowed myself a hamburger happy meal & this is the size fry that comes with it. It is very small but 100 calories beats over 500 just for fries. It's a big adjustment for me since I love to eat lol.. I am just happy to be able to still have at least a little bit of it.
