People say ....

Thursday, January 17, 2013

That I am inspiring them to be fitter, that they see me working out and how much happier I appear to be. This made me feel good, the feeling has stayed with me all day, but I don't wish to become overconfident and think that it's alright to have eat something that I know I shouldn't really be eating. Old habits are so easy to fall back into

One of my friends here on SP says "Be ever vigilant." After the ups and downs I've had, I can agree with her statement. They aren't kidding when they talk in terms of "It's not a diet - it's a lifestyle change," emphasis being on LIFEstyle, to my mind!

Why can't the good habits be as easy to fall back into?

Yes, you are right. Just imagine that your fingers or knife and fork (when you are eating something unhealthy) is digging your grave and hopefully that will keep you in the right frame of mind. If this was not so true it might have been funny, but it is the aweful truth. Just keep on keeping on.
