I have done a terrible job at weight loss the last few months. I'm lucky just not gaining. Actually, that is something to be proud of. Months of not working out and not tracking food and I haven't gained...
Anyway, I digress. The point is, I'm still overweight and I still need to be working on losing it and becoming healthy. I've been bad about it for the last few months, but I'm back and ready to change. Here are a few practical changes I'm making:
1. Working on making a new month-by-month goal chart for the new year. It's good to have my goals displayed where I can see them daily--next to the bathroom mirror.
2. I made plans to meet a friend at the gym two nights of the week. Accountability=better chance of sticking to my goals.
3. I now have a smart phone, so I no longer have an excuse not to track all food eaten.
4. And, I have written my pep talk blog. Woo! Ok, I can do this.
Anyone else out there climbing back on the wagon and have suggestions forpushing yourself to make positive, healthy change?
