Hello Divas, Guys & Dolls,
Well, it's final.........I am going back to Michigan for 5 months and I just paid for my airfare....sighing, just thinking about the darn "cold", outside of that, I'm glad that I can be there for my family....
Now, let me really talk about what's on my mind............In a previous blog I told everyone I started a "fasting" regime to detox my body of some things I ate and drank over the holiday's......well, today is day 5 and I just want to share my progress........BTW, this pic depicts how overwhelmed I am feeling about leaving Florida and having to pack 2 suitcases and a carry-all for the next 5 months to be in cold a$$ Michigan.......what's a Diva to do!!!!!!!!!hahahahahaha
On Wednesday, the 16th I weighed myself and I was down from 267 lbs to 258 lbs on the nose.........I did this Wednesday, so I could track my weight loss from then until I complete this 14 day program, now the next 4 days will consist of my having 2 Almased Shakes and a 500 calorie lunch that will be of a medium salad w/a lime balsamic vinaigrette dressing, 4 ozs of broiled chicken or salmon (my choice), and 1/2 cup of brown rice seasoned w/assorted Ms. Dash seasonings and plenty of water.
Okay, so this is day 5 and I still feel great, and I probably could have gone 2 more days with the "liquid" only but I need to get more. I have enough to last me through Saturday and by Monday, I will have more.
I have found in these last 3 days, I like fasting, as longs as it doesn't make me hungry, and this synergy diet, really fills you up w/ or w/o water...........it's not the best tasting, but you can deal with it. I also find that it suppresses your appetite.......unlike some other fasting diets I have tried.
Anyhow, just keeping you updated, you probably won't hear from me again, until I am settle in Michigan.
