Moving toward wellness with simple exercises I can feel good about

On the road .. I finally discovered that treating everything I do as exercise, and counting the minutes makes me so much more positive about exercise. Walking the dog and making 10 trips around the 'track' has taken on a very positive meaning. YEA emoticon
