I just got finished reading the People magazine "Half Their Size" issue - I gotta say, those people are ay-may-zing! I look forward to that issue every year because it just lifts my spirits so much. Seeing where they started and hearing about their determination and tenacity - these people had a PLAN, and they stuck to it! I admire that so much. I know that they are just people like me, and that they have good days and bad days and days the call of the wild donut is just too much to resist, but they consistently did what it took to create a calorie deficit and drop the pounds.
Even though I only have 5 or so pounds to get back down where I want to be, I take great inspiration from these successful people!
