I have been doing pretty good so far on my tracking and have gone over the calories a few times but not too bad. I have been feeling like i am starving though and my stomach growling loudly doesn't help. it is hard to go from eating whatever you want to a restricted calorie diet. I feel so dramatic saying this, but a few times i have felt like I was going to die if i didn't eat. I have been eating a good breakfast, lunch , dinner and snacks but it seems like it is not enough. All of my tracking has been within range of protein and ect. so i just dont understand. Well as they say "suck it up sally" and i will have to keep going. So encouragement to myself: You will survive and you will not starve to death!!!
