I am officially below my pre-pregnancy weight! And coincidently my son informed me that he wants a brother. I had to tell him that he is our one and only.
I've been feeling good lately. I recently increased the jogging/walking ratio and it seems to be going okay. I still have to watch my stride, I tend to lean forward and take too big of steps, which leaves me with shin splints.
I had a >2 pound weight loss this week. Considering last week was TOM, I'm going to wait and see what next week is like before adding more calories. I want to keep consistent weight loss but worry about it being too fast.
Still loving the Fitbit. I increased my step goal to 12000/day - which I can meet with just a little extra work on my jogging days, but I definately have to push for on my non-jogging days. So I figured it was a good advance.
Next goal is in sight, once I hit ~174 pounds, I'll no longer be obese, just overweight.
