Keeping the Streak Alive

Day 40: After yesterday's TNT and intense cardio workout, this morning my muscles were screaming! If there was any day I would break my streak (now 17 days strong of at least 20 min), it would have been today. But I told myself 10 minutes, just 10 minutes, you CAN do 10 minutes.

I found a new Zumba video on YouTube and ended up having so much fun I forgot all about the muscle fatigue and ended up doing 25 minutes.

The kiddos had a blast too doing their own dance moves alongside me. However DS insisted he was not doing Zumba but breakdancing.

Either way, it got them moving on yet another rainy day in NC.

  emoticon It's only day 2 so it's impossible for you to break your streak! You are allowed up to 2 rest days. No worries! Be sure to listen to your body. Oh, and you know streaking is 20 minutes right? Not 10.
