Thursday January 17th, and life is looking so much more positive. A little four legged friend to keep me moving and busy and just found the coach's sitting workout and realized I can do this on large screen right here in the living room and I will, add that to the walking and more activity around the house and things are cooking so to speak. I did find out that I was gluten sensitive which is another challenge but one that will make me feel better in the long run. People say oh, what a sin, now you have to do this too, and I say no, it was always there weighing me down, likely literally, and I can and I will develop this into a healthy eating plan. Though I was absent from blogging and community for a little over a week, the little four legged walking buddy has kept us very busy, in a good way. I need only to look at his big brown eyes and butterfly ears and a smile just automatically appears. I swear he smiles too. He is a well adjusted very social little guy who now appears on my profile along with me at my present weight, and I only have to look at the picture of me from a few years ago at goal weight to remember, I CAN and I WILL do it again. The method of exercise will change but I will/am more active. A coach potato no more. Bring it on, I'm ready emoticon

    Awesome and what type is Kriby... he is adorable and how old is he now...
Allie is fine. lol she is busy as ever now, woudln't know she had surg. othe than I have to check her belly 2x day and the doughnut around her neck. lol

I haven't made an apt with chiro but I can pick a day and we could meet up I don't mind going that way to meet up. That is where I met NSMOOMA for the first time.
