After 4 days of double workouts, I crashed...literally. I ordered a pizza and crashed out on the sofa and had some blissful sleep. I don't regret my choices. Heck I needed some comfort.
However, today, I am back on the stick so to speak. I've eaten right and have 1,000 calories saved for dinner. I am doing kardiokick and spinning class after I leave work.
It's going to be a lovely day.
