I lost 2.4lbs this week and I do not believe the scale. I know I should be celebrating and all but this has happened before and I do something, eat something that messes it all up. I believe this loss has to do with my food choices.
Digression...5 servings of fruits/veggies is so not as hard as I thought it was. I just had lunch with a salad mixed with apple, tomato and lettuce and strips of bell peppers and that added up to 2.5 servings. I also discovered (after three months lol) that the school canteen serves veggies and meat alone so I can do that a few days a week till I'll be able to do that everyday.
So the goal of fruits/veggies has developed into a streak. can you believe the juice I drink is 8% juice...yup 8%. How am I just seeing that after months of gulping down the the thing?? I have finally convinced my fiancÚ that we no longer need it. He didn't even know it was 8% juice either.... Lesson...read the labels or make your own juice.
So good things are happening and I still haven't gotten over the shock of the possibility of good results...but I will because
TO HELL WITH DEFEAT!!
So you know what..I will forget about next week and enjoy this victory
