Well I am in the second week of healthy living.staying on track but have had some poor snack choices which cost me lots of calories but I stuck to my calorie intake even when I screwed up so I think I am doing alright. I used to step on the scale everyday of my life but I have held off from doing that and will wait till Monday to see how I did. I started my exercise routine and I have been doing chair exercises to start off with since I just had my back operated on in July. I plan to ask my neurosurgeon if I can do more strenuous exercise on the 24th of Jan. I have an appointment then.I am drinking my water and it seems I am less hungry because of it. Hanging in there everyone.
