My first at blogging

This is a first, I have been reading other blogs because I was not really sure how to blog
I'm excited to have found spark people! There is so much information, and so many people to connect with. I have a lot of weight to loose I think I'm going to set some mini goals to achieve. If any one has some tips or advice please let me hear them.
I have been tracking what I've been eating another first.... Wow I learned so far things add up so fast, I want to be accountable for every bite I eat. I'm working on drinking lots more water I'm a huge coffee drinker I love coffee and I haven't decided to even cut down on it.... But in return I have decided if I drink a cup of coffee I will then drink a cup of water.... Ok everyone I made my first post in blog, I really hope to make great friends along my journey

    Congratulations on your first blog. If you take your approach to a healthy lifestyle one day at a time, you will be surprised at the results.

Be sure to track everything you eat, even if you go over your allotted calories for the day, it will be extremely helpful when you do not reach your goals for the week.

    I never gave up my coffee! Coffee is good for you and helps with endurance. I like to drink it before working out and I read an article that says you burn more calories if you drink coffee before working out. I did cut my intake in half. I was drinking 12 cups of coffee per day and switched to 6 glasses of green tea/6 glasses of water. I seem to be a bit more balanced energy wise...I was bouncing off the walls before
