Two-week Promise: No Junk Food!

Hi SparkFriends!

Well, I've been stuck for awhile and had a heart-to-heart with my trainer last night. These are always helpful, and usually end with me making some kind of promise. Last night, I pinky-swore that I would focus on NOT eating junk food of any kind for two weeks.

    You CAN do it. Think of the healthy fruits and other foods that taste just as good and your body will thank you for them.

    I have to think that I will never eat junk food again, or I could slip back into my illness that easily, and I am OK with it. I truly would rather be healthy than eat even 1 piece of junk.
