BLC21 Fit test #1

For our first TNT, we had to do a set of exercises and keep track of how many of each we could do (or how many seconds, in some cases). I will note my numbers here and compare again at the end of the challenge (and perhaps midway as well).

Note: In all cases, I did not work to complete failure, but stopped when I felt my form was suffering or I was starting to cramp and/or shake badly.

Pushups: 10 full, standard pushups
Crunches: 50
Squats: 50 (limited by bad foot)
Plank: 70 seconds
Wall Sit: 50 seconds
Band assisted pull-ups: 16
