I'm feeling so much less hungry and less beset by cravings on my low-carb program. There's still a psychological thing in the evenings sometimes where I want to snack in front of the tv, but it's clearly not coming from my stomach.
If I can keep this up for three months I'm really hoping to see better results on my labs. And if not, at least I can say I tried. If my pancreas is just getting old and tired, then so be it. I still feel a lot better this way.
