I'm feeling so much less hungry and less beset by cravings on my low-carb program. There's still a psychological thing in the evenings sometimes where I want to snack in front of the tv, but it's clearly not coming from my stomach.

If I can keep this up for three months I'm really hoping to see better results on my labs. And if not, at least I can say I tried. If my pancreas is just getting old and tired, then so be it. I still feel a lot better this way.

    Nice going on ignoring old bad habits in front of the tv. Believe me, I know how hard that is. Keep it going friend!

    Fantastic! If push comes to shove and your labs don't come out good "enough", it seems to me you're going to be moving, feeling and breathing easier overall. Well worthwhile. Keep on keepin' on!!

    Isn't it amazing how quickly the cravings go away? I'm also noticing less bloating and gas after only 3 days. Good for you for getting out for a cold, even if it was cold. I'm sticking with the treadmill today, I think.
