Ok so I fell off the foodcwagon last night, but there is nothing I can do about it. The scale showed me this morning. It is so nice to have a scale that is precise and looks so professional :-)
Today is a new day. With a new day, comes a new challenge. Yesterday, I changed my sparkcoach program to Consistency and motivation. Each day it gives you a new challenge. Today's challenge is to move 3 times more than you usually would. So far, I have been downstairs 3 times. Many days I don't go downstairs until lunch time as my daughter usually makes breakfast and gets the dog out. Yes, I am spoiled, but I am going to start aiming to go up and down the stairs at least ten x per day :-)
I am learning about the scale. I am learning to use it as a tool. Do I think I really put on 1.5 lbs due in one day to dinner yesterday? No. I think there was probably a lot of salt in there and I am retaining water. This is all a learning process. I really like the Fitbit Aria scale. It is so nice! Wow, never thought I would say that about a scale lol
It's the small changes that make us healthier.
