Starting over.... again!! Maybe it will click in this time. I'm going to have a much more positive spin on things - things that I CAN and WILL do as opposed to what I can't and won't do.
I CAN and WILL walk daily - even if it's for 10 minutes.
I CAN and WILL work on portion control - even if it's one meal a day - at least I will have succeeded with that one meal.
I CAN and WILL be more active and get things accomplished instead of choosing to put food in my mouth especially when I'm bored and not even hungry!
