Another day, another 4/10ths of a lb. I just got woke up at noon, after not sleeping very well last night. I am down to 216.8, only 2 lbs from getting below 215! I would have preferred to sleep till 2 p.m. It is my birthday, but I didn't get my way..lol.
So I just finished breakfast, 6 eggs with 1/2 cup red bell peppers in them. Lunch/ dinner is 24 ozs of b/s chicken thighs, 2 T olive oil, 1 cup onions, 2 cups mushrooms split in two. I have to wait till I get back to cook it up. I have to go get my INR checked, see if my blood is thin enough. It is a quick 5 min test, less than 20 mins even with wait in lobby with really old people who wonder why the heck I am there.
I still am doing the 90 minute walk later. I may go see a movie if I think I can avoid the snack stand. Nothing but American Idol on TV tonight. Even the Pistons game in London isn't on TV. Maybe there is something On Demand I can watch.
