Week 3 - making a habbit

On Halloween, my hubby and I were rear-ended. So, we took time off from the gym, and went to chiropractic sessions for 2 months. And now, with the resolutioners, we started back up at the gym. Yay! I didn't make any resolutions this year. All I have are goals! I made up a vision board and it's hanging on my home wall, it's my wallpaper on my phone and it's my wallpaper on my work monitor.
A portion of this board is 'what I want to look like' and 'what I want to wear'. With drive and determination, I know I will get what I want. I am now in the middle of week 3, going to the gym 5x a week. I lift weights and do 15 - 20 minutes of cardio. I am happy with that. So far, only 2.2 lbs dropped, but my clothes are fitting me differently. And this also makes me happy.
