Every three days I will be putting up a challenge as I need to keep myself motivated. Back and rearing to go. You are welcome to join me. I am doing it on facebook as well so thought I would share. Please take your measurements and starting weight and then after the 30 days you can let me know how you are all doing. I would suggest incorporating the exercises below with your normal routine and also if you have weights at home as well you can add intensity to your workout. Good luck everyone, lets kick some butt and get this year off to a flying start!!
