January 20 - January 26 week 4 tf/clx hybrid

Sunday- TF 45- DONE and also did b burner from last week and yoga flex from 10 min trainer. That felt AMAZING after skiing. Now only my neck hurts lol

Monday- H15 and BC2 (from last week) DONE and DONE

Tuesday- F30/Abs 10- DONE and DONE

Wednesday- ended up going to the gym and walking a mile with the hubby!

Thursday- The staff meeting that lasted until 6pm pretty much ruined my night..I left there with a migraine so went home, ate dinner, took a migraine pill and went to bed at 9!

Friday- had another off day...oh well

Saturday- Did bc3 with light weights and combat 45 in place of fire45

Thank you guys for the giving blood advice! I will probably have that be my off day or do abs that day! Luckily im giving in the morning so should be ok to do something light. But i will listen to my body!

    Most health care professionals recommend not working out on a day you give blood. Your body needs to recover. Maybe have that day be your day off instead of Saturday?

Beyond that - GREAT plan!

    OMG, Andrea, the last time I gave blood I tried to do 45EZ later that day and totally crapped out. Arm hurting or not, it's the blood loss that will get you, so try do it before your donation or switch your Wednesday and Thursday workouts if you can. I'm serious. I felt terrible, physically and emotionally -- weak and defeated! (Also stupid, because it took me a while to realize that was the reason I bombed the workout, rather than that I was super deconditioned, lol.)
