Sunday- TF 45- DONE and also did b burner from last week and yoga flex from 10 min trainer. That felt AMAZING after skiing. Now only my neck hurts lol
Monday- H15 and BC2 (from last week) DONE and DONE
Tuesday- F30/Abs 10- DONE and DONE
Wednesday- ended up going to the gym and walking a mile with the hubby!
Thursday- The staff meeting that lasted until 6pm pretty much ruined my night..I left there with a migraine so went home, ate dinner, took a migraine pill and went to bed at 9!
Friday- had another off day...oh well
Saturday- Did bc3 with light weights and combat 45 in place of fire45
Thank you guys for the giving blood advice! I will probably have that be my off day or do abs that day! Luckily im giving in the morning so should be ok to do something light. But i will listen to my body!
