I gained .6 lb at my morning WI.
I immediately started thinking did I eat too much of this or that, I should have extended my workouts out an extra 5 or 10 mins more but all in all it could be a number of things. The past 2 weeks I had great loses were I lost more than 1 to 2 lbs and maybe this is giving my body a break. I'm happy with my actions and choices with eating and exercising.
This week I'm just going to continue to focus on measuring and correct portion size, making sure to that I do weights twice a week and most of all keeping my workouts FuN!
I'm so ready for the weather to get warmer so I can have outdoor workouts. I'm so ready to include my son (riding his bike) while I run. I think back to last year when I was teaching him to ride his bike with training wheels. We would get our exercise in together at least 3 days a week and I'm SO looking forward to it this year.
