Changing things up

I've got a problem. Things just continue to be the same. And "the same" is not what I'm looking for. "The same" entails gaining weight, not fitting into my favorite clothes anymore, feeling fat, having no energy, having no motivation, feeling like I'm alone in this journey. So, I'm changing things. I've changed my fastbreak goals. I've changed the the setting on my profile, allowing it to be seen by anyone. I've joined a SparkTeam and become *active* in it. I'm opening up my journey to others who have been where I am now, and to others who are still where I am now. I'm trying new things, like yoga. I'm hoping that these new things, these new ways of doing things, will help change things from "the same". And maybe making my story available to others will help someone else make things not "the same" as well.
