That is a bracelet that I made recently. Notice the pink beads? Those are my starting and goal weights. Each green bead marks 10 pounds (see marked 30, 40 etc). The red bead on the dangle moves as weight is lost (or sadly regained).
As I reach for that tasty snack - or the door to the fridge - I will see that and be reminded of my goals (this is the hope anyway).
Kinda like my weight tracker here on sparkpeople - but with me all the time where I can see it.
