I got this from Ladies' Home Journal and wanted to share it with all my peeps:
Pick something that sounds fun, creative or challenging. Then do it every day for a year. It's called a 365 project, and whether you take a photo, knit or write/blog, a daily practice can have a big emotional payoff. It can be Spark-related too: eat x amount of freggies, get in 10,000 steps (see my previous blog on how to do that), stay within my calorie range, etc.
After meeting with my therapist the other day, I've finally come to a decision for my 365 challenge. I'm going to really listen to and pay attention to the relaxation tape that I listen to every day. Lately, I've been thinking of other things and not really hearing it. I need to try to focus more, so that it can "work its magic".
