recently I found myself comparing what others were doing to lose weight. this was my downfall before. We have to remember that everyone is different as well as everyone's body.some people may choose to do no carbohydrate. Some people may choose to do smaller portions of food. For me I chose to do smaller portions and work out. No diet pills No meal shakes No Quick Fixes. This time around I am staying focused with what works best for me. Slow and steady wins the race. This is a new me a part of my new life style. No matter how small the loss any loss is a good thing.
