Let me just say that I believe these 'Accountability Blogs' are helping me stay more consistent.
- 8 + glasses of water
- Core work
- Track all food on tracker and stay within calorie range
I did not meet all my daily goals yesterday. I was successful in meting my water intake goal, and I tracked all my food, while staying within my calorie range which is big. Still, I did not make it to the gym at all, even after my plea for a kick in the butt to make me go. My Grandma asked us to come over, and I couldn't tell her no. She's the best and family time is good for the soul. Unfortunately, I won't get to the gym tonight either, as it's my MIL's birthday dinner and I arranged the gathering. I plan to go Friday after work (maybe) and Saturday morning for Body Combat (definitely) and I should meet my calories burned goal for the week. My motivation is plummeting this week and it's hard to focus on anything but the sadness I feel about losing Amy. I want to overcome this and be healthy and successful. I know it's just going to take time.
