I KNOW it takes time and I KNOW that I have to have patience but when you do (mostly) good for two weeks and really trying hard and then no results on the scale (actually and INCRAEASE!) it is hard NOT to go back to my old ways and give up. I won't but it is so, so, so, tempting.....

I know i have had frustrating moments with the scale to, but i do measurements too and often see positives there. Do you also have NSV?

The scale only measures one item. There are many other things that could be changing.
Have you tried to measure other things?
Has your waist, arms, thigh, chest size gone down?
Do your pants feel a little looser?
Have you had your fat% taken?
If you are working out, you are probably increasing muscle and decreasing fat%. More muscle will burn more fat.

Stick with it. Double check your measurements. DON'T GIVE UP!!!

I am in the same boat as you! You took the words right out of my mouth. My scale went up too and I have been doing so well. I was so disappointed because I know the biggest # of lbs lost usually comes in week 1 & 2 -so what now? But I Am just going to keep on pushing and try to focus on how much better I feel and stay committed to my small short term goals. I think I may skip the scale this week too and just give it a month. Don't give up! We can do this!! emoticon emoticon
