So now that the holidays are over I was happy to maintain, which I was successful at. The hard part was after the holidays my partner and I both went on a binge of just eating everything he wanted. Now I didn't always participate, I'd make him food but as he eats so late I'd just scuttle off to bed, but a few nights I did. So a week later he is in despair as he has put on six pounds, being stupid skinny is his claim to fame. I had put on three myself. I then look at him and remind him not eating my dinners will affect him, now I have found tons of recipes we both like, so it's not he doesn't like the food, but as a chef he sometimes wants to cream it up, and butter, and ranch, and lots of meat.
So he has given back over the reigns, now three pounds won't kill me and will get me motivated to continue to track everything but I just find it cute that he was like, snaps it does make a difference, fine lets go back.
I win, and I never win!!
