Ugh, so 4 days ago I gained 5 lbs despite eating the same stuff I've been eating for 2 weeks. I thought maybe I was getting close to my period and was bloated so I didn't think much of it. Since then I've dropped only 2 of those lbs and the rest has stuck with me. Plus I haven't gotten my period. WTF!?! I haven't lost a pound all week and it's really really discouraging me.
I'm also hella stressed at work and my ridiculously long commute is taking a toll on me. Maybe the stress is causing me to keep the weight but I'm not sure what else I can really do about that. I have a 2.5 hour commute one way to work so I end up being gone 13 hours a day. I have a 2 year old and a 4 month old who need me as soon as I walk in the door. By the time they both fall asleep around 8:30, I finally get to eat dinner even though it's way too late and I pass out....only to wake up 6 hours later at 4am to do it all over again. I'm trying to get a new job closer to home to help with this. But at this point I feel really really stuck and there isn't much else I can do to make my situation better.
