So had my first day back at the gym today and oh boy did it feel good, did 1 hour and 45 mins smashed it :) then back tomorrow :) the gym where I go is doing a 12 week challenge which I have signed up for :) so excited for that I have a big group of friends doing it with me so they are going to be great motivators for me :)
I was so good today then tonight I had a cup of tea which is ok but got the biscuits out and before I knew it I ate the entire half a packet :( that not so good but gym tomorrow and back to good healthy eating :D I have a goal set of 15 kgs for the 12 weeks but hoping to loose more than that, I am going to see my doctor about going on duromine :D to help kickstart my weightloss and to help me sweat as atm I don't sweat which I hate lol
but there is today's blog back tomorrow to keep updating it even if no one reads it and it's just for myself at least it's getting written down and I am loving this journey I am making sure I track everything I eat weather it's good or bad it's going in so here is to 2013 a NEW YEAR a NEW ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
