Thank you everyone for all the replies to my last blog!
First my weight progress, when I posted last I was at 186.8 lbs. I'm down to 183. That is good. I would like to be at 179 by the month end. Exercise has been up and down. The weather has been gross. I don't like getting out in it. So I exercise inside. But when everyone is home that is hard. I am yet to go over to the community center to use the fitness center. Mainly because I don't have a car most days so I would have to walk in the nasty weather. Yes, in Naples I use to. But it was warmer there. It is cold here and once it gets into my bones I can't get warm again for hours and then my body hurts. But this week has been better. I have done all my workout including cardio besides walking and weights and stretching. I can tell I haven't been enough stretching. I have been doing Sparkpeople's January Jumpstart Challenge since the 6th. The first week I did the bare minimum exercise for that. This week I'm doing extra.
I'm tired this morning but otherwise feeling ok. Getting ready to walk over to the post office and then drive to Food Lion. Just need a few items but it is 2.5 miles there and today that is just too far for me to walk.
