I had my early morning workout with Jen and I have to say I feel great today!!
I am feeling very motivated. I am making time for me, making time for tracking, exercising and writing in my journal...it make me feel good to be on track...I have to say when I am stressed, I am hard on myself and I shouldn't be! I wish I felt this good 20 years ago...but...better late than never!
