The Good, the Bad, and the Lazy!

I had a refreshing Christmas break with some ups and downs. Here is the condensed version:
The Good - I didn't gain any weight with the holiday season!
The Bad - My house looks like a tornado went through it, thanks to putting up the decorations and keeping bunnies inside (32 degrees at night).
The Lazy - I got off the exercise wagon! I jumped off actually!!!
I bought a new water bottle that holds 32 oz. and fits in the car cup holder. I am working up to drinking 2.5 bottles in water.
I added an interval timer app and a Tabata exercise app and an abdominal workout app to my Kindle Fire.
I did my Tabata workout with push ups. I can't do regular push up, so I did them against the wall at an angle. I am working up to doing them on the floor.
I will do an AB workout after I get kids to school. I will also do my Wii Fit workout as well.
Let's see if these changes will put the fun back into exercise. I do still remember the day when I loved to exercise and nothing could keep me from it! I marvel that I stopped feeling that way! I hope to get back to that attitude and love for exercise.
