End of Week 3 and another 2.25 lbs gone

That's now a total loss of 7.5 lbs - woohoo!

I have had flu this week and I have eaten rubbish such as chocolate, burgers, curries but I guess on some days I have not been eating much at all. I have tried to stick to the Jenny Craig but tbh there have been days when I wanted something and due to being ill I have had that something. I've not really had that much sugar - if anything I've been loathing sugar and wanting fat. Well whatever the reason for my weird cravings, and I do believe my body when ill has some idea what it needs, I have still lost weight and more than I anticipated. Perhaps the flu upped my metabolism somewhat cos I've hardly walked a step.

Anyway woohoo! Happy days :D And still feeling positive. Wonder if I can make it a 10 lb loss by next week - will just have to be good and see what nature brings me.
