can't sleep. too much on my mind with senior project. 40% completion report is due in 2.5 weeks, 90% completion report is due in 6-7 weeks. Statement of Qualifications (whole different report) is due in 2 weeks. So much to do! along with classes, it's a lot of work.
eating healthy... just not so great on portions. need to be better to get to where I want to be - who knew that getting abs was such hard work?! :)
Bfast: quinoa, berries, walnuts, chia seeds, almond milk (530 calories)
Morning Snack: avocado, apple, cinnamon (420 calories)
Lunch: cauliflower potato curry (400 calories)
Afternoon Snack: walnuts + almonds (200 calories)
1550 calories total - hopefully I can keep it here for today; I ate ~1800 calories yesterday and ~2200 the day before that!
Exercise planned for the day is a 4 mile run in the AM and late night yoga from 8-9 tonight - I've got to get myself centered!
6:30 - 7:00 AM: 4 mile run
7:30 AM: pick up car from smog check
8:00 - 11:00 AM: senior project calculations check/presentation preparation
11 - 12:00 PM: Student Fee Initiative (board meeting)
12 - 2:00 PM: ENVE 309 lab report writing
2 - 4:00 PM: ENGL 346 class
4:00 - 5:00 PM: senior project meeting with academic advisor
5:00 - 8:00 PM: finish ENVE 309 lab report; finish ENVE 421 homework
8:10 - 9:10 PM: Late Night Yoga
10:00 PM: catch the bus home... and walk the last 0.9 miles
10:40 PM: BED!!!!!!
