I've always bragged about how I make it a point to sleep for at least 8 hours every night. I started tracking my sleep using my fit bit last week and so far I am averaging slightly less than 6 hours per night. I was even more shocked to discover that there was a night when I woke up FOUR times to go to the bathroom!
Well, at least I don't wake up feeling tired so maybe this is just the right amount of sleep for me... I don't know.
