I started doing the 30 day shred again, I am currently on day 3. It seems easier this time around so the weight loss has only helped everything along. As for my anemia I have noticed as long as I monitor my heart rate during my workouts and take my iron medication around the same time everyday I seem to feel just fine :). I am still going to the doctor next week just to discuss any other options to control my anemia. I feel awesome though which is great.
