Every day I'm struggling

So I have really hit a rough patch, two days of not working out turned into 4 days of bad eating...following my usual pattern this is where I would give up. However, since I have not followed my usual pattern thus far ( using SP to its full potential I have ever done till now) I am determined to not give up! My goal to have 50lbs off by July is becoming harder with each day I throw away, but instead of wallowing in defeat I am taking on the challenge and I am going to do th is! If I am 50 lbs lighter and it's August first instead of July, I'm sure you won't hear me complaining :) I have decided that I need to set some "mini goals" to help get me back on track.
1. Be below 200 by the end of January
2. Be down to 195 by my daughter's first birthday (feb.27)
3. Be between 185-189 by Easter break

Here I go again!!!

    We do waste time that could be better spent.

Don't put too much pressure on yourself to be a certain
weight by a certain time. Just do you best...

The results will come.

    The mini goals you have set seem achievable and your mindset is where it needs to be. I'm proud of you for taking the first steps. I know you can do this.

    mini goals are a great idea I use them too and it really helps keep me on track as do weekly weigh ins you can do it!

    My b'day is Feb 27 too. Great time of the year.
This is mind over matter...I have to remind myself frequently what my long term goals are...I'm on a 5 pound at a time ...and sometimes I don't lose...but I keep Sparkin'!! Congrats on your baby. Stay healthy and enjoy her a long long time!!!

  Small steps and mini goals are good. Once you reach them (and you will) then it will be just enough motivation to start the next goal! Keep up the good work! Never give up!!!!!!

    when i feel i wanna give up specially when i am at platue i remind my self which emotion that i want to feel at the end of the day : Regret ? or the feeling of the achievement and progress
