Feeling Good After Sticking with it for a week.

I would like to toot my own horn for a second...
I am very proud of myself this week for sticking with my healthy eating and new 5k training plan. I didn't go overboard on anything this week. I just stayed balanced. Usually I go balls to the wall in either exercise or eating and then get burned out but this time I am trying not to be such a a spaz and it is working out so well.
I don''t get hungry or too sore. This coming week the 5k program kicks it up a notch and I'm soo ready for it.
Now....what sill the scale say about my not spaztastic approach...we will see.
