I was going to tell you all about my NutriBullet and how it has changed my life for the better, but just trying to get to the spot on this site where I can add a blog has made me very frustrated and I am going to write about navigating SparkPeople.
As much as I absolutely love this community and all the little things I am finding out about it every single time I use it , I must say the navigation leaves a bit to be desired. Case in point: if I want to blog, I would naturally hover over the "community" button and find "blogs" on the pull-down list. If I then click on "blogs" it takes me to a page that has other peoples blogs - which is fun and I do some read some of them but where is the button to add MY NEW BLOG entry? Not on that page, nope. I have to try again.
2nd try - I hover over the "community" tab and from the pick list click on "SparkPages" - even though I want to blog which seems counterintuitive to click this button, but I do it. Does it take me directly to MY sparkpage? NO! It takes me to a page that shows other peoples' sparkpages, which again, is fun to look at and read (very distracting BTW, what was I doing?).
Oh yes, I was wanting to BLOG!
So from this page there is a button to GO TO MY SPARKPAGE - I click that and hey, I am on my spark page! But where is the BLOG POST button? I have to go to my recent blogs and look down below that to "see more Blog entries" and THEN there is a button to "Add a Blog Entry".
Whew, I made it. Thanks for hanging on for the ride! Maybe tomorrow I can actually Blog about my Nutribullet - if I am not too worn out from Navigating - LOL.
Anyone else out there in Sparkville have issues/comments about the site?
