Honestly, Why do people think that it is okay to abuse, swear and have an out right tantrum, at someone that has nothing to them, beside give then an opportunity to prove themselves ( when no one else would) so that they can provide an income for there family,

I have a real passion for my job, but somedays, I feel the need to shrug my shoulders and ask myself why do i put myself through this.

The worst thing for them is that they forget that, I AM the EMPLOYER, and have the power to take their job away ( Not that i would ) but yet they will still yell and swear... Biting the hand that feeds them.

My Blood is raging!, Disrespectful Turd...
WOOOSHHAAAAA... Smiles back up, never let them beat you.

I had an issue every time I had to make a phone call to this one particular person, she would be so sarcastic to me & to anyone else that called her. I told my husband I cannot take it any more , his reply to me, it was my fault I yelled MY FAULT WHAT DO YOU MEAN MY FAULT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He told me I was allowing her to make me her victim. I made my mind up the next time what I would say, that chance came the very next day. When she started her yipping & snarling , I said to her STOP right now I want to know what I do to upset you. There was silence on the phone, then she said you did nothing wrong , & my reply to her was then the next time I call you will NEVER disrespect me again . Guess what it has been a year now, she still talks to the others bad, & they know what I told her to stop it from happening to me. You need to come down hard on this person, because people like that are like mad dogs that will chew you up & spit you out. Then lick there chops, waiting for the next feast on you.!!! It does not bother this person, but it does you ,do not allow any one to continue in this manner.

Your the employer & have the right to set limits & standards. If they are not followed, hire better workers. There are so many people that need a job.
